TUBS OF FUN RECEIVES AQUA 100 AWARD

MADISON, WIS. – May 1, 2010 – Tubs of Fun was recently named one of the most professional businesses in the spa and pool industry, according to the AQUA 100 list published in the April issue of AQUA, the business magazine for spa and pool professionals.

The AQUA 100 program, now in its 17th year, was created to recognize excellence in spa and pool construction, retail and service.

Being named to the AQUA 100 is one of the highest honors a spa or pool company can receive. A distinguished panel of industry judges evaluated each company that entered the competition on its performance in five key areas: customer service, product knowledge, store design, quality craftsmanship and advertising/promotion. This year’s AQUA 100 consists of 22 new winners and 78 members of the Hall of Fame, which are companies that have made the list five consecutive times or either times overall.

“The Hall of Fame is growing every year, so it’s gotten harder than ever to earn a spot on the list,” said Barrett Kilmer, managing editor of AQUA. “Many very good companies that in years past would have won didn’t this year, and the other the ones that were chosen truly rank among the most professional businesses in the industry.”

This year’s winners range from small service-only companies to multimillion-dollar builders and retailers. All of them are profiled in the April issue of AQUA and on aquamagazine.com .
