Tubs of Fun:
We recently installed an Endless Pool in our home. We had been having an extremely difficult time keeping our water clear, regulating the chemicals and preventing algae from growing in the pool. We contacted the out-of-state pool vendor we purchased the pool from and they suggested contacting a local pool company to help us out. We contacted Tubs of Fun of Fargo.
Troy and the staff at Tubs of Fun could see my frustration with not being able to regulate my water even after testing and retesting and adding many chemicals. I was ready to drain the pool and start over. Troy prevented me from doing that. He told me they could turn almost any troubled water around.
He willingly came out to our home to evaluate the water. Within minutes of inspecting the pool and pool equipment, Troy was able to see that the pool filtering system had been installed backwards from the manufacturer.
We now have the filtering system installed correctly and WOW what a difference maintaining the pool has been. I now have clear water and having our pool is now more fun than work.
Thank you very much Troy and Tubs of Fun for your expertise in quickly identifying the problem and willing ness to help us out. It's great to have a local pool company that can provide this kind of service.

Dear Islander Spas & Tubs of Fun,
On September 26, 2003 my wife and I went to the Fall Home Show in West Fargo, ND. We were serious spa shoppers since our 13 year old Dimension One spa was non-functional. The first show booth we stopped at was Tubs of Fun from Fargo, ND. At the booth was Dalana from Tubs of Fun and John Mason your factory representative for Islander Spas. Wow, what a Team!!!
Delana talked about the Tubs of Fun business and local service. This was important to us. Then John knowing we were true shoppers talked to us about spas. He helped us get educated. He showed us what to look for in spas, benefits of one spa vs. another, long-term functionality of various components, energy efficiency and prices. What further impressed us was his no pressure sales approach, and his knowledge of spas. We knew he was well versed with spas with the 3-ring binder of facts, pictures, testimonials, and his confidence of his product. The pricing was also very competitive for such a finely designed product. Delana and John knew their bottom line price and were very professional in what was included, etc. We appreciate all their knowledge and straightforward approach and want you to know about our experience.
There were approximately 50 booths at this show. Six of the booths were for spa sales. We looked at all the other spas and spoke with many of them. None of them came close to the team approach of both selling and educating us on a spa. We came back on Sunday afternoon after “sleeping on” the whole idea one night. We knew who would sell us a spa – not only the people who knew the most, who were the kindest, who had the best warranty (which tells me their own confidence in their product) but the people who we determined truly did have the best product – Island Spas and Tubs of Fun. Again John and Delana were great to work with and our children who are 10 and 12 were treated like “gold” and fine young adults by John and Delana in the process too!!
On October 2nd the spa was delivered to our home by 3 fine gentlemen. I am happy to say we are enjoying the tub. My spouse and our two children have been in the spa everyday. Troy, Jeremy, and Jeremy who delivered the tub, stet it up and coached us through the operation were also very knowledgeable and fun to work with. Keep up the great work!!
Bottom line is we like to give credit and praise where it is due!!! So thanks to all of you who build the spas, sell the spas, and service the spas. It’s a great “relaxation machine” and family bonding activity!!

Dear Troy,
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for the wonderful service you have provided me since I purchased my spa last spring. It is very reassuring to know that whenever I have questions regarding the spa or water treatment problems, I am treated with respect and promptly have my concerns resolved.
I work long hours as a Registered Nurse and also suffer from osteoarthritis. I thoroughly enjoy going home after a long, hard day and relaxing in my spa. The nice warm water is also a wonderful place to do my physical therapy exercises.
There are not enough words to express how happy I am with my spa or how grateful I am to you for assisting me with this wonderful purchase.
